I am a textile designer currently studying my master degree at Designskolen Kolding specialising in knit, weave, print and design for planet. I am also a scientific assistant working with research at VIA University College. I am focusing on more sustainable materials to minimize environmental impact. Committed to promoting eco-friendly solutions within the textile industry.
In my work with textile design, I often start by using analogue techniques. It can be painting, drawing, crosshatching, photography, print, etc. That way I get elements I often process in Photoshop or Illustrator to create patterns. I feel like it gives a kind of presence to my designs.
I love working with different materials, as I think the contrasts in the textures are very exciting.
